Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit amount equivalent to a one night stay.
Your deposit will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee) only if the cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures are responsible for the full amount of their reservations without refund unless we are able to sell the room.
